The prevailing need to apply it in law is analyzed, a current overview is given of the usefulness of its development to establish a deductive reference framework that allows us to elucidate what the current situation is like in the life of the nation. A brief and concise contribution is made about the problems involved in Transitional Justice, as well as the methodological solutions that are presented, the main theoretical approaches to address its study. The way is then clear to expose the topic regarding transitional justice in our country today.
